Jan 3, 2009 Draft sample at brewpub. Pours yellow with white head, rimming. Malty popcorn nose. Malty taste with mild corn. Crisp ending . Not bad.

Jan 1, 2009 Sampled on tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a small filmy white head. Aroma is a sweet jasmine and honey. A light spritzy carbonation with a really nice fruity character. Really tastes like jasmine tea... cold carbonated jasmine tea. Bright and refreshing body.

Jul 20, 2008 Aroma was slightly sour, with lots of citrus and coriander. poured hazy straw color. flavor was excellent, citrussy. spicy, interesting yeast notes. lean bodied, a great wit.

May 19, 2008 Sampled on draught at Pints for Pets. Nice funky aroma, feet with yeast and coriander and bitter orange. Spicy and light with great yeasty character. Cloudy pale straw with no head. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Starts with medium carbonic gaseousness, good spicy pepper-coriander character and light orange peel. Mild with wheat sweetness. Finishes with light chalky notes and orange bitterness. Nice wit.
