Aroma was slightly sour, with lots of citrus and coriander. poured hazy straw color. flavor was excellent, citrussy. spicy, interesting yeast notes. lean bodied, a great wit.

May 19, 2008 Sampled on draught at Pints for Pets. Nice funky aroma, feet with yeast and coriander and bitter orange. Spicy and light with great yeasty character. Cloudy pale straw with no head. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Starts with medium carbonic gaseousness, good spicy pepper-coriander character and light orange peel. Mild with wheat sweetness. Finishes with light chalky notes and orange bitterness. Nice wit.
