Commercial Description:
This is a Belgium inspired farmhouse ale which in English can be read as, "Heart of the Season". This is a thirst quenching ale brewed for the summer season. It is brewed with an array of spices. Coriander, bitter orange peel are two of the many spices. This ale is aged for six weeks to allow it to mellow and let the yeast work to give it a very complex and unique flavor. The fruit esters from the yeast really show through by complimenting the draft with a slice of orange.

Aroma: some spices and some metal
Appearance: pale yellow, some head, no lacing
Flavor: weak, slightly spicy with some metallic-ness, some yeast and some grains, candied fruits, and slightly soapy
Palate: watery, bubbly, slightly spiced-metallic aftertaste, soapy feel

Draught at the brewery. Soft red and orange color. Flavor is mild fruit, mild cream, some soapy notes as well, with anise and some other spices. Has some fruity yeast scents and flavors, but this is not your traditional saison, in fact it’s pretty weak. Has some bad funk to it all around. Mold in the nose doesn’t help.
