Appearance: pale yellow, some head, no lacing
Flavor: weak, slightly spicy with some metallic-ness, some yeast and some grains, candied fruits, and slightly soapy
Palate: watery, bubbly, slightly spiced-metallic aftertaste, soapy feel

Aug 21, 2006 Draught at the brewery. Soft red and orange color. Flavor is mild fruit, mild cream, some soapy notes as well, with anise and some other spices. Has some fruity yeast scents and flavors, but this is not your traditional saison, in fact it’s pretty weak. Has some bad funk to it all around. Mold in the nose doesn’t help.
