Commercial Description:
A Belgian inspired wheat that is naturally cloudy and unfiltered. It is brewed with unmalted wheat and in result creates a haze. It is a light and refreshing ale that is brewed with coriander and bitter orange peel. It is quite a thirst quenching summer ale.

On tap, at brewpub. Appearance is hazy as promised, yellow gold in color with a thin whispy ring of white head. Aroma is lightly spicy with some coriander and orange peel with a little bit of wheat. Flavor is thin again with a hefty dose of coriander to cover up for the lack of character. Finishes with a murky lightly garbagy taste. Mouthfeel is thin with a watery texture and minimal soft carbonation. Overall, lots of coriander and not much else. Where’s the yeast?
