Aroma was sweet, with carmel and nut notes over top of some banana bubblegum and clove esters. poured a hazy amber with some head. flavor was very malty with hefe notes. interesting take on a wheat beer. medium bodied. interesting.

Aug 5, 2008 Draft at the brewery. Cloudy soft yellow appearance, looks more like a witbier with a milky white color than a hefeweizen. Fresh tasting throughout, yeast-heavy, with sugared wheat and a gritty, pasty texture. Light notes of fresh citrus fruit, lemon mostly, along with some light coriander (light soapiness)... overall very fresh and delicious.
