Commercial Description:
Cask; Occasional.
First brewed at the beginning of 1999. A single-malt, MOPA and Bramling Cross hops. Massively popular, but we only do it occasionally because we don't want to spoil you completely. A lovely clean-tasting top-fermented beer with simple yet distinctive flavour reminiscent of a fine Belgian beer. Pastoral apple-peel, grassy.

Clear gold with a dense white head. Aromas are floral, butter and spicy hops. Flavours are intially buttery then grainy with some caramel. Not that impressive until the finish hits - hops heaven, floral and spicy on the tongue. Great for hopheads.
