Rune (1807), Tromsø, Norway Mar 19, 2008 Half on gravity at London Drinker BF 08. Missing head. Clear golden body colour. Slightly floral aroma. Citric fruits in flavour. Light bitter ending. Smooth and dry palate (12.03.2008). downender (1612), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Mar 13, 2008 On gravity at the London Drinker festival 12/3/08. Golden coloured with a slight white head. Aroma of grapefruit and sweet malt. Flavour of creamy sweet corn with a muted, citrus hop, dry finish. This was the least pleasant of the five golden ales sample at the festival - by a wide margin.
