This is an easy drinking session beer some boiled sweets along with some citrus, very nice beer. DruncanVeasey (1737), No. 46, Leicestershire, Germany Aug 10, 2008 The Raglan Arms, Rugby. Straw-coloured and nitro creamy. Subtly fruity aroma with grapefruit and floral hops. Soft milky apricot and lemony citrus in the mouth. Bit of a watery finish. Certainly not the hop bite I was expecting, but a pleasantly mellow GA. gary07734 (166), Tyne & Wear, England May 15, 2008 On tap in Hull, UK.
Pours with very little head, taste is very fruity, strong apricots and citrus. Kind of average, not as good as some other yorkshire ales. wyzzywyz22 (387), Wirral, Merseyside, England Mar 24, 2008 Cask, Duck and Drake, Leeds.
Pale amber colour, floral aroma. Lovely grapefruit/lemon flavour with a dry bitter finish. Really enjoyed this one. Recommended.
