Pours a hazy pale yellow with a gigantic frothy white head on top. Aroma is nicely spiced, ginger and pepper mixing with light brett notes. Great mouthfeel - rather creamy. Flavour is sweet at first, but gains a nice bretty tartness mixing well with the ginger aspect. Quite nice. faroeviking (6126), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands

A surprisingly good beer which demonstrates immediate strength that holds to the end. The head is as big as any drunk yet, and the only major downside is a bit too much reliance on A coppery flavour. The bottle promises little but this is a good solid blonde
