Pale gold with a large white head. Slightly vegetal yeasty aroma. Lots of alcohol in the taste and some sweetness. Strong, bitter finish. Aggressive beer that I wasn’t really in the mood for.

Aug 25, 2008 Updated: Sep 28, 2008<i>Bottled. </i> Hazy golden, rich head. Fruity nose with pickled onion. Swet and fruity with odd flavour of cornichon and pineapple. Juicy with well hidden alcohol, no bitterness. Not the most complex tripel ever but withsome unusual flavours.

Mar 22, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy, golden colour with a huge, white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, and wheat. Flavour of bitter hops, wheat, yeast, and spices. Ends up with a notable alcohol touch.

Mar 2, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden, very nice creamy white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of hirse, caramel and malt. The flavour has a soft sweetness, yeast, alcohol, malt, bitterness, vinious and tart. Yummy!

Pours a paleish yellow with a great creamy white head. Okay lacing on my glass. Aroma is lightly fruity with peach, apples and an unmistakeable note of millet (of all things!). Fine mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly yeasty tart, vinious and rather malty sweet. Not that complex.
