Bottle, from a shop in the middle of rural Flanders. Gold, moderate white head and moderate condition. Flowery and roughly alcoholic in the nose with hints of grain, Sweet and yeasty in the mouh with some pleasant overtones of malt, quite flowery and perfumed in the finish with a suggestion of Duvel notes lingering.

Aug 25, 2008 <i<Bottled. Hazy golden, rich head. Fruity nose with pickled onion. Swet and fruity with odd flavour of cornichon and pineapple. Juicy with well hidden alcohol, no bitterness. Not the most complex tripel ever but withsome unusual flavours.

Mar 22, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy, golden colour with a huge, white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, and wheat. Flavour of bitter hops, wheat, yeast, and spices. Ends up with a notable alcohol touch.

Mar 2, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden, very nice creamy white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of hirse, caramel and malt. The flavour has a soft sweetness, yeast, alcohol, malt, bitterness, vinious and tart. Yummy!

Pours a paleish yellow with a great creamy white head. Okay lacing on my glass. Aroma is lightly fruity with peach, apples and an unmistakeable note of millet (of all things!). Fine mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly yeasty tart, vinious and rather malty sweet. Not that complex.
