wyzzywyz22 (294), Wirral, Merseyside, England Jun 30, 2008 Bottle, Kris Wines, London. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a decent sized head. Aroma was an enticing amalgamation of spice, hop, citrus and caramel which worked nicely. Flavour has similar elements with a dose of malt in the mix. Alcohol is reasonably well masked, and despite a slightly rustic edge to it this is a tidy tripel.
lassem (106), Copenhagen, Denmark Jul 31, 2008 Pours hazy light golden with a nice white head. The aroma was nice with notes of plum, citrus-fruits, yeasts and cinnamon.
taste like a classic belgian tripel. Taste a bit like christmas ales with notes of both cinamon and cloves. Not much of a finish
The palate is a bit waterish SHIG (1466), Oberoffligen, Germany Sep 19, 2007 Bottle: Poured golden to straw color with tons of bubbly carbonation with a bubbly creamy thick head. Aroma was orange peel and spice very fitting for this style. Taste is spicy and littlely citrus, finish with a nice dry bitter hoppiness. Carbonation and alcohol burn gives it a tangy zip. Phil_L (100), Kent, England May 14, 2007 Really like this... fresh vibrancy... not expecting... shared with me.... selfish I know.. clean, clear flavor... typical Triple spices. actually one beer that I’d go back to find again...
fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Oct 29, 2006 Golden color; nice perlage; huge head. Classic aroma, with some coriander and orange peel. Good taste, typical as well; dry malt, coriander and with a touch of cookies to add some originality. Correct final.
