GeneralGao (2626), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Jan 29, 2008 Bottle purchased at La Cave ŕ Bulles in Paris. Poured a clear light orange-golden color. Head was white. Aroma was of light sprucy hops, corn, and oatmeal. I also detected an occasional metallic note. Dry on the tongue with mild hop bitterness that peaked at 3 out of 10. I tasted some light grassy hops up front which were accompanied by some soft caramel at the end. Light and easy to drink, but not a show stopper by any means. Light soapy, orangey aroma. Sweet and clean with a touch of almond, but overall very mild and neutral. Cheers fiulijn! fiulijn (6010), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jan 22, 2003 Golden color; big frothy head. Nice hop aroma, herbal, light. Simple, weak flavors, a bit sweet, oily; lack of hop and bitterness.
