12oz bottle. Poured a lighter to medium (with a slight haze) golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of grass, grains, floral and light citrus. Tastes follow although on the weaker and somewhat watery side with somewhat of a honey sweetness to it. Thin body.

(Bottle) Pours a clear golden body with an average white head. Aroma of florals, citrus, and herbs. Flavor of hops (grassy, floral). Excellent quality of ingredients for a pilsener. This is what a pilsener should taste like.

Sampled on 8/3/06: Pours a clear deep golden with an airy, well-lacing white head. Big earthy Saaz hoppy aroma has some hay and grainy maltiness. Body starts with a mild pale malty sweetness and some grainy drier bittering hop presence toward a drier fairly authentic finish with American lager yeast character.

Bottle... Clear yellow lager with a large, frothy, white head. Outstanding retention. Floral, fruity nose with distinct grapefruit and lesser notes of pepper and bread dough. Well-bittered, citrus flavor with a crisp hop kick. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Lengthy, crisply bitter finish. Good pils... one of my least favorite styles.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of sweet caramel, touches of apples, some dry straw and hay. Tastes of sweet malt, lightly fruity, some peppery splashes and a semi dry finish.
