| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | May 16, 2008 Pours a dark caramel with a foamy eggshell head. Aroma is light, just like all the other Abita brews, but theres a little (little) malt scent. Flavor is kinda thin. Little malt, little yeast. Mostly water. Aside from the ’Light’, this is probably my least favorite of the Abita sampler pack. Just way too watery. dalepryor (172), Paducah, Kentucky, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | May 15, 2008 hmmm.... what should i say about this. well there isn’t much to say i guess that’s the problem. Pours orange, quickly fading fuzzy beige head. the taste is extremely watered down, some malts present. This was a money waster chadzter (94), huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 13, 2008 bottle, Not the best beer but it is an ok beer. I would rather have this than a bud. Although thats not saying much. Taste is a bit flat with the hops and a metallic finish. daknole (3025), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 13, 2008 As expected this is an amber colored beer with a light tan head. Aroma is malty and flavor follows suit with plenty of malt as well. Maybe a hint of caramel as well. Easy to drink, but nothing amazing. DKTN (110), Mc Donald, Tennessee, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 12, 2008 Bottle, 12 oz. Light copper colored with a diminishing off-white head. Hop and malt aroma with perhaps red fruits. Not much taste here. It is refreshing, though, and better than a macro brew. jjuf1853 (480), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 4, 2008 Bottle pours a clear amber color with a faint white head that fades soon after the pour. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, and almonds. Flavor is sweet and malty. The aftertaste sort of reminds me of a chocolate Tootsie Pop mixed with caramel and malts. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 29, 2008 You know, I think I liked this one more than most people. Amber color off white head that disappears quickly. Nice palate with enough but not too much carbonation. Clean and easy to drink. I liked it.
