Amber color off white head that disappears quickly. Nice palate with enough but not too much carbonation. Clean and easy to drink. I liked it. mgoy (343), Oak Brook, Illinois, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Poured and amber color with a moderatley sized head. Nothing outstinding about this beer. It was smooth and malty just as the description says but was somewhat thin-bodied. Not bad, but nowhere near the top. Hinez57 (133), Clinton, Mississippi, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Non dimemo malty aroma. Presents well in a glass with a fairly active head and nice warm hue. Decent flavor, light toasted notes. Decent palate, clean finish. Overall a very drinkable bier. I think it’s a bit too mellow and unintresting. Lagering definatly seems to effect this bier. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Pours a hazy amber with a nice white head. Smells of dry malt, some straw, hay, touches of fruit, some sweet sugary hints. Tastes of sweet malt, hints of toastiness, some perfumy hints. Decent. Nate (2569), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Had a bottle of this in a nice suite (Sheraton 4929) on Canal Street, at Harry’s party. Light malty aroma with a bit of sweetness in the nose, light brown sugar. Clear amber golden with foamy off-white lacing head. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Starts and stays fairly sweet, with bit of brown sugar and raisin, caramel maltiness and a medium-light hop bitterness. A bit watery overall, but a decent quaff while socializing - and hey, it was free.
