This bubbly yellow beer poured with a decent white head and a skunky malt aroma. There is a substantial caramel malt flavor with some hop bitterness and carbonation.

Bottle from Daniel. Thanks. Pours out a yellowish color with a white head on it. Smell is sweet and somewhat fruity, some malt presence, not many hops. Bleh. Taste is smooth and easy to drink, no presence of hops. Very malty, perhaps too malty. Not really what I was expecting. Not really to style at all. More like a European Strong Lager than anything else.

looks like a great pils with something extra; however, it is just a sweet and basic lager-like brew maybe like a creamy double PBR? :o) if not to style (I didn’t rate to style), then this is a lot better than what it advertises to be... c’mon folks.

Bomber from BevMo. Dark gold color with a multifinger frothy white head. Aromas of grain and veg and canteloupe? Medium plus body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is grain, sugar (not kandi), and something like mild noble hop. It starts rather pale malty, but, barring what sticks to your lips, it finishes dryish. Even some hop bitter comes forth in the end. It’s a very different sort of thing. I think it’s rather underrated because it is so far off the beer norms. Keep an open mind folks.

(22oz bottle) Crystal clear apple juice body topped by large, fluffy off-white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is moderately sweet, corn, grain, some alcohol. Taste is moderately sweet, grain, some melon, bread, light corn, alcohol. Medium body, some stickiness.

Bomber. Why do people want to clone this if gets such low ratings? Pours yellowish with 2 finger puffy tan head. Nose is uriney. Taste is sweet and slightly hoppy. This is all wrong stylewise, but all in all not horid.

The aroma is sweet and fruity with yeast and malt. The appearance is copper/gold with a large head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is average for the style. Overall it’s alright but that’s all.

On tap at beerfest in new Orleans. Pours a cloudy copper with a medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is a spicy fruit malt. Good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a dry malt with yeast and light spice. A decent doppelbock from abita.
