legion242 (1572), Richardson, Texas, USA Apr 13, 2006 One of the best southern made bocks that I have ever tasted. Very well balanced and a great amount of appropriate maltiness. Retorp (2154), Tampa, Florida, USA Apr 5, 2006 Courtesy of Papsoe

Grassy aroma smells adjuncty. Quite unexpected aroma. Clear amber with a tiny white head. Fore is thin and touches on toasty grains and mild apple notes. Pervasive watery flavor throughout. Very low flavor intensity. chadzter (94), huntsville, Alabama, USA Mar 9, 2006 Bottle. Aroma is fruity peach and orange and apple with a malt lighty roasted. Pours with a gold, brassy orange with a patchy white head and falling patchy lacing. Has a dry finish and a light bodied and creamy, fizzy palate. jmuhops (663), Winchester, Virginia, USA Mar 8, 2006 Pours amber with a small head. Fairly standard malty Bock aroma. Simple flavor, with malt and not much else. Good, but nothing special. BeerandBlues2 (3201), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Mar 7, 2006 Bottle. Pours deep gold, brassy orange with a patchy white head and falling patchy lacing. Aroma is fruity (peach, pear, apple), malt (light roasted grain, meal) and yeast (sour dough, sweat, broth). Lightly sweet and bitter, buttery biscuit start to the flavor, medium acidity creates a dry finish, lasting sour dough yeast and metal flavors. Light bodied and creamy, fizzy palate. kujo9 (1077), North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA Mar 3, 2006 12 oz bottle: Pours clear, lightly amber w/ a short lived off white head. Medium toasty malt dominates with just a hint of green apple tartness, clean with some light floral hops, otherwise un inspiring. Clean toasty malt taste w/ a bit of tartness up front. Clean and bland otherwise. Finish is on the semi sweet dry side w/ a bit of toasty malt in the short lived aftertaste. Highly carbonated, prickly m/f. Smooth. A good starter beer for switching someone to better beer without killing their palate. jon112981 (327), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Feb 24, 2006 Tap. Micro of the month in Arlington at Ragtime. A pretty nice light color. A malty taste with almost no presence of hops. A bit of alcohol in this one but quite tasty. mj (4971), Colorado, USA Feb 22, 2006 12oz bottle. New beer in Oklahoma. Golden brown bread crust and caramel colored body with a nose that resembles honey, sweet brown sugar and sweet grains. Flavor centers around honey, biscuits and sugar, with a faint bite of astringency, due to hops I’m not exactly sure. A simple beer, far from what I would consider the defintiion of bock.
