Sep 22, 2005 Compared to the aroma, the rest was a let-down. Still tastes pretty good, don’t get me wrong, but not enough flavor, and a slightly off aftertaste. Tastes a little of alcohol, a little sweet, needs depth.

Jan 12, 2008 On tap New Orleans Pours out a copper gold topped with a small white head. A nice aroma of light malts. Tast picked up some very good spices and some sweetness. Not to bad.

Jun 19, 2005 Updated: Jul 18, 2006A light amber colored body. Aroma of maple with some fall leaves, grass and socks. The taste is dry cherries with some walnuts. Finishes a little soapy. I had this one again and got about the same impression. A decent bock.
