Apr 20, 2006 Bottle poured a clear amber with a small dissapating off white head. Aromas of toasted malt, peaches and apples. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of sweet malt, apple, and a hint of peach with a sweet semi dry finish.

Mar 16, 2009 Thanks turdferguson for sharing. Pours a translucent light copper with a one finger head. The nose is sweet and bready, nice malt profile, caramel, grassy hops come through, nice phenolic sharpness. The flavor is mildly leafy up front, some hop bitterness, malty, sweet, bready. Palate is softly carbonated with a mild bitterness. Very drinkable.

Feb 4, 2008 A decent heller bock. Aroma was mostly caramel malt with a faint hoppiness in the aftertaste. Pour was a nice deep brown with a one finger off white head. Taste was very sweet. Mostly caramel malt with a sticky sugary aftertaste. Nice carbonation and mouthfeel. Not bad.

Jul 14, 2008 Poured a nice amber color with a couple of fingers of head. Not much lacing though as the head dropped. Slightly cloudy. Nice malt smell and taste. Just a slight hops bitterness in aftertaste. Easy to drink and I would not have guessed the ABV at over 6, although the alcohol came out just a bit on the final drink after it warmed.
