| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 27, 2005 Mild malty aroma, golden amber color, moderate head with some lacing. Malty sweet flavor with some hops. Not overly flavorful but quite refreshing, but not really a Maibock IMO - - more like Vienna lager. Palate is clean. Good thirst quencher w/o much alcohol warmth in spite of 6+ ABV. jmuhops (663), Winchester, Virginia, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 11, 2007 (Bottle) Pours an amber color with a small white head. Sweet aroma, with a nice malty taste. Some grain in the taste as well. High carbonation, yet decent mouthfeel. Pretty ordinary, nothing really stands out in this beer. I like it better than many of their brews though.
