Dec 8, 2007 2007 bottle, taken from a six pack at Total Wine, in Huntersville, NC. This year’s label is silver, with a maroon/red lettering. Beer pours a dark amber color with a light white head. Aroma is lightly spicy. Taste is hoppy with a sharp bite on the end. Not bad, but nothing too special.

Dec 6, 2007 2007 bottle, liquorloft tallahassee. aroma is spices and light hops. The taste was great, a blend of refreshing nonoffensive spices and malt. oranges, light wood, cinnamon, with a light but spicy orange finish. light body with plenty of carbonation.

Dec 5, 2007 2007 Pours a darker amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is weak with sweet malts, caramel, spices, and very little hops. Flavor was better then I was expecting. Starts off with the slight spices and caramel malts. Finishes with some hops for a slightly bitter finish. This beer is okay.

Nov 30, 2007 This beer has a nice hop flower aroma and taste. The color is a bit plain, being a clear amber with no bubbles. It’s a bitter brew resembling an IPA.
