Aroma of sweet citrus and orange. Flavor is balanced with wheat malt and hops and has some citrus sweetness added. Mouthfeel is over carbonated a little bit but not too bad. Bite lingers on the tongue in the finish. A very appropriate beer for the time of year. rudolf (1783), Buffalo, New York, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 24, 2008 Poured a light amber color with a generous head that faded to a thin coating. Somewhat malty intro that leads to a mildly carbonated mouthfeel that finishes with a bitter to sweet follow through. Some floral notes precede the hoppy conclusion. A fair to good beer. Appearance: light amber with hint of gold , thick creamy large head 3+ Nose: off grainy nose, golden malt with farm feel, slightly spicy 4+ Flavor/Palate : medium bodied. Soft mashed like malt feel , malty yet with mid short live. Vienna like in character. Solid, drinkable but not best in style.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 21, 2008 Call me a looney tune but I expect my o-fests to not be golden in color. Well this is. The aroma sucks with some caramel notes but alot of corn. The flavor is malty with some caramel, corn, and oddly grassy notes. It’s like they tried to doctor up a pale lager to call it an o-fest.
