Nose is orange, hoppy, and just generally citric in nature. Flavor is tart and bitter with an almost lemon-like edge. Seems a bit thinner than it could be. Feel is okay. Like I said, a little thin, but it has a nice bubble on it. Drinkable, sure. Just no homerun here.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 14, 2007 From the Beer of the Month Club. 12 oz. Bottle. Pours a clear light copper with a fluffy white head and soapy lacing. It has aroma of floral hops and sweet malt. Flavor is balance with a good malt profile with floral and citus hops. It finishes crisp and clean with a pleasing mouthfeel. Not great but a nice drinkable beer none the less. fakepurseninja (785), Washington, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 10, 2007 Nice looking in the glass, solid, tan, high standing head towering above the golden tawny body. Light malt flavor with a little yeast and pear ester. Slight hop bitterness with no real hop flavor. Kind of grainy, but very slight. Very refreshing but nothing spectacular - not much flavor althogether. JonR888710 (999), Cochabamba, Bolivia
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Sep 9, 2007 Pretty good golden ale. Pours a golden copper with a foamy white head. Aroma of malt, spicy cascade hops and yeast. Taste is nice, malty and doughy, aftertaste is something like a saltine cracker. Refreshing, not too strong. Easy drinking ale. Best of luck to New Orleans. Strykzone (1478), Wood River, Illinois, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Sep 7, 2007 Pours a golden color with a small white head. Nice lacing. Disappointing flavor is of soap. Kind of hard to get past that. A dry bitterness is not a pleasant one, either. My rating is so far below all others that perhaps my bottle was bad. gws57 (1137), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Sep 7, 2007 Found this one bottled in South Elgin, Illinois. Bright amber pour with a dainty off-white head, a bit of citrusy malts in the nose but this is really quite balanced. Nice strong finish. A good example of the style. n49921 (108), USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 4, 2007 Bottle. Smell is a bit of cascade hops with a hint of malt. Slight white head and amber in color. Nice fruity/citrus hops flavor, with a bit of malt that turns a bit more bitter and dry. Medium body with good carbonation. Overall, nice. Not amazing, but a nice solid ale, esp if you like cascade hops. Ty5592 (1015), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
