Gusler (2656), Tucson, Arizona, USA Mar 25, 2006 The beer after its disinterment from the stubby 12-ounce bottle sets in the glass a sparkling gold with a generous bright white creamy head, after its evaporation, the lace forms a tight skirt to surround the glass. Nose is crisp and clean, sweet malt noted, the start is somewhat sweet with a decent grain presence, top is light to middling in feel. Finish is determined in its acidity, the hops light but refreshing, a drinkable beer.
taalhiker (111), Dayton, Ohio, USA Oct 6, 2008 From bottle. Poured light orange with thin head. Only slight malt on the nose. Thin floral hop flavors without any distinctive characteristic. Pass. nqualls (420), Tennessee, USA Sep 13, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma was fruity. Flavor of malt with a slight hop bite. Light bodied. Good summer brew. Linus_Stick (1553), Moon Township, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 10, 2008 This is the best golden/blond I’ve had yet. Aroma was nice and hoppy with a little lemony zest to it. Pour was a nice light gold with lots of tiny bubbles and a nice 1 finger white head. Taste was very tart and hoppy. Nice lemony citrus hops with strong carbonation that bites the cheeks and makes you say "ahhh" after swallowing. NJBeerman013 (600), Trenton, New Jersey, USA Sep 1, 2008 Draught. Light amber in color, smallish white foamy head. It has a light, fruity, fresh, hoppy aroma. The flavor notes are a fresh fruity malt character. It has a light body, with a zesty mouthfeel, and a clear and clean finish. Pretty good choice for the heat oif the summer. Biddle_Brau (154), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA Aug 26, 2008 Light amber color with thin head and slight malt aroma. Mild bitterness and little hop taste and mild malt profile. Not much going on, it’s thin on the tongue but basically refreshing.
