This gold ale pours a medium gold blond color from a 12 oz bottle. Large sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, caramel and sweet. A medium bodied gold ale. Malts are fruity and sweet, caramel and toffee. Hops are slightly floral and citrusy. Some very lively carbonation in this beer. Drinkable, but nothing special. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet

Oct 15, 2008 This should be an APA. It’s hoppy enough to pass that muster. The malt is a little sweet, but still dry enough to pass for an APA. Flavor is sugary, but fades into dryness in the end. Hoppy nose, but hops fade quick.

Oct 6, 2008 From bottle. Poured light orange with thin head. Only slight malt on the nose. Thin floral hop flavors without any distinctive characteristic. Pass.

Sep 13, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma was fruity. Flavor of malt with a slight hop bite. Light bodied. Good summer brew.

Sep 10, 2008 This is the best golden/blond I’ve had yet. Aroma was nice and hoppy with a little lemony zest to it. Pour was a nice light gold with lots of tiny bubbles and a nice 1 finger white head. Taste was very tart and hoppy. Nice lemony citrus hops with strong carbonation that bites the cheeks and makes you say "ahhh" after swallowing.

Sep 1, 2008 Draught. Light amber in color, smallish white foamy head. It has a light, fruity, fresh, hoppy aroma. The flavor notes are a fresh fruity malt character. It has a light body, with a zesty mouthfeel, and a clear and clean finish. Pretty good choice for the heat oif the summer.
