changeup45 (577), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 9, 2008 Well this is your typical slug in the sun kind of beer with a fancy name (at least I’ve never heard of them). Golden colored, small head, some lacing. It looks slightly better than a Bud, Coors or Miller. Somewhat grassy tasting with a touch of hops and lemon but overall it’s watery. It’s important to note that there is no skunk or foul taste to this. It’s very easy drinking but there’s just not much to it. I won’t buy it again as I’ll just buy the cheap stuff to suit this purpose but I’ll drink one if someone gives it to me.
gsmitty80 (533), Washington DC, USA Oct 7, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow. Not much in terms of malting or hops, just a consistant corny/wheat taste. Alchohol hints at a little more than what it is. Decent offering. blutt59 (777), Dallas, Texas, USA Oct 3, 2008 bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, cloudy yellow color, good foamy head, very full mouthfeel, buttery with lemon and other citrus notes, nice bu11zeye (3780), Frisco, Texas, USA Oct 1, 2008 (12oz bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Light aroma of grass, lemon zest, cereal, and grain. Flavor of grassy hops and grain with a watery mouthfeel. Trev (540), Lakeville, Minnesota, USA Sep 19, 2008 Pours pale gold with a thin white head.
Aroma is grainy malt and grassy hop.
Flavour is clean light grainy malt, faint grassy hop, perhaps a touch of lemon water citrus if you really try.
Swalden_28 (635), McKinney, Texas, USA Aug 29, 2008 Pours a light, somewhat hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of slight lemon. Flavor has a slight citris profile. Is watery with high carbonation. Over all, not bad, a good session drinker on a hot day....almost seems like a watered down summer ale.
