12 oz. bottle pours cloudy bright-copper-penny color with 1 1/2 finger of frothy off-white head that lingers. Aroma is of pine, grass and sweet herbs. Front palate is warm and almost flowery with a caramel tinge. Middle palate is malty and the finish is a strong punch of hops with a clingy bitter aftertaste. Nice medium mouthfeel, an easily drinkable IPA that can be pleasingly paired with a variety of selections from chicken to spiced peel & eat shrimp or a salad with a strong dressing. This would stand up well and not overpower.

This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy and floral. A medium to light bodied IPA. The malts are caramel and fruity. The hops are citrusy and floral. Nice carbonation. Kind of a milder, less bitter IPA, a very muted hop profile and the flavors are kind of mild. Nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This poured an orange color with a white head. The aroma is mild with some citrus mainly grapefruit and a hint of perfume. The flavor is not exactly bursting with flavor. Mild citrus notes and slightly hoppy. Overall a pretty weak IPA but ok for some session drinking anyway.

bottle poured an amber in color with a one finger off white head that fell quickly. light carbonation is visible and the aromas are of piny hops, citrus, and caramel. aroma is on the dull side. flavor has some resinous bite, pine, malt, and light citrus peel. mouth feel is medium light with fairly hefty carbonation. good mid range ipa. but not as thrilling as i had visioned.

Bottle that releases a transparent copper body with a foamy one-finger head. Aromas are crisp and hoppy... pine and citrus. That said, the flavor is fairly weak... there is obviously some alcohol present as it leaves a bit of warmth, and it’s not like it comes off as watery... but it just doesn’t seem like the flavor volume is turned up far enough. Maybe the hops in the aroma (pine and citrus) don’t match the peppery hops presence that I’m tasting and my mind is short circuiting.

12-oz. Thanks, Skoi! Not too much happening here, really. Mild nose of light earthy pine and some sweaty butter. Lightish, somewhat fizzy body with more of the pine, earth, and butteriness. Not much finish. In addition to the diacetyl issue, there’s a very definitely timid recipe happening here. Not much of a beer overall.

Nice caramally orange pour, good head, firm lacing. Very roasty, mild citrus aroma. Very roasty flavors, mild vanilla, mild bitter. This seams a little out of style for me, howevber it is very drinkable. Body is very creamy.
