12 oz bottle Pours a clear light yellow with a small white head, which leaves quite quickly. Aroma is of corn and dough. Taste is of decent flavor for a light beer.Has a cornflake flavor with very little bitterness and no real aftertaste. If I had to drink a light beer this is okay, but still lacks character.

Pale straw yellow hue, thinnish, swiftly diminishing head, now, it’s gone, boo hoo.. Aroma: clean, clear, and corny...typical macro-brew grainy musk...wide open and full of nothing... Taste: more, or less, of the same. Blase’ to the Nth degree....Drinks down easily, but only if you like that weak, vegetal flavor...bleh...bluh...blech... I hope Abita makes money off of this, for there’s no other reason for it’s existence...Just sad, really...not horrible, just not good. What’s up with that? N’othin’ much...that I know of...if lightness in texture, body, and everything is your aim, this is your ticket. But because of that, count me out.

Pale golden and mostly clear. Nose gave off nice notes of apples and white wine, but they were followed by a little corn. Light, very watery body; really weak carbonation. Malts were only slightly sweet and somewhat papery, with a little sweet corn. Hardly any bitterness to speak of; light hop aromas (sweet flowers). Not undrinkable at all, but boring and bland for the most part.

Yellow color. Clean pale malt aroma, with apple like fruit smells and a light hop aroma. Flavor is clean, lacking character, but it isn’t nasty and full of off flavors.

Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (honeysuckle flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation. If this was a little more substantial in the mouth, we’d have a Helles on our hands...clean enough aroma, Hallertauer hops (IMHO), and 100% barley, just really really light and flimsy in the mouth, almost like a non-alcoholic lager. If only most American "light" beers were like this. Good for the style.

by far the worst abita beer that i have had. So i got this sampler to help out the brewery or so i assume. Little body, lots of water, what more is there really to say. In fact, it represents N.O. quite well.

Bottle. Sour barley aroma. Golden yellow color with little head. Sweet cornflake flavor - just a hint of bitterness. An average light beer.
