Tap - Roux in San Jose. Had to try it with my Cajun meal... Slightly hazy, light in color. Taste of wheat and slight berry. Expected to maybe be overpowered by fruit, but it’s pretty mild and overall was fairly drinkable.

I would have rated in negatives, if it were available. The only way that I am pleased is the name of the beer, and the purple tint that is so slight that you almost have to pretend that it is there. At Beerfest Miami 09

Bottle: strangely tasted like thin flavorless beer with a strange raspberry flavor.. not really a good raspberry, but strange raspberry.

a rasberry flavored wheat beer with a sweet and underpowered hops and malt characteristic.

Bottle: Poured a Hazy golden with not much head at all. The aroma was wheat and berries. The flavor was more of the same. Nothing really interesting about this brew. Just OK.

Cloudy yellow orange color with a thick white head that disappears faster than you can blink your eyes. Aroma of wheat and raspberry puree. Decent lacing. Taste is slightly tart with a bit of fruity sweetness.

bottle: Hazy, straw colored with tiny particles. So there is haze but no trace of purple. Virtually no head. Wheat and faint berry aroma. Light wheat taste with very soft raspberry tones. Can’t say its natural tasting, but its not an unpleasant chemical taste either. An ok beer but not much else to it.
