Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy golden-amber color with a large foamy white head. The aroma was lightly dry, musty and tangy. The flavor was dryish, musty, wheaty and tangy with light undertones of citrus and spice. Medium length finish. Fairly full bodied. Solid.

bottle, pours golden straw, white head. Aroma has light notes of spices; coriander, wheat, yeast, and some grassy touch. Flavor, wheat, yeasty, fresh orange peels with possible apricot. Overall palate has a nice witbier feel with hints of malts with a light spicy finish and some grassy hops with a faint bitter finish. A decent wit.

Bottle. Hazy, straw-colored blond. Short white head. Aroma is strong spice, wheat, yeast and citrus peel. Taste is strong peppery spices, more citrus peel, coriander, light lemon, yeast notes, wheat and soft malt. Body is light and very bubbly. Finishes with more coriander, peppery spice, yeast notes, wheat, citrus fruits and light candy notes. Nice summer beer!

12 oz. bottle. Puffy wit head over a somewhat hazy wit body with tinges of orange. Smells shows off wit-type coriander with a slice of orange peel. Some kind of processed concentrate smell I can’t shake off, but the taste is pretty nice. A citrus front, with not much wheat of hop bitterness outside of a little balance. Nice finish.

Bottled. Poured orangey with yellow and some fizz. Orangey and almost almondy. Not bad for Abita.
