Bottle from Party Source. Poured hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium orange citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Interesting refreshing brew.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Nose is spicy citrus, paper, and paste. Flavor is similar to vinyl. Short finish and a thinner mouthfeel.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a dense, soapy white head that leaves a nice lace! Aroma of wheat, yeast, coriander seed and some light spice - fairly nice! Light-bodied; Strong assertive malt and yeast in the flavour with a subtle nuttiness, rather potent curacao and a light citrus taste too. Aftertaste is pretty nice - shows some fruits (apricots and blueberries) along with the good wheat and a tiny bit of yeast. Overall, i’m rather surprised that this was a good one - definitely a nice beer and good for the season! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Chantilly, Virginia on 11-July-2009, sampled at home in Washington on 30-July-2009.

Bottle from Whole Foods. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a white head. The aroma is very nice- orange peel, fruity esters, wheat malts, banana. Mouthfeel is about average for the style. Flavor of pale wheat malts, clove, yeast, white pepper. The citrusy flavors are overpowered by the clove and white pepper. Refreshing and light finish. Not horrible and this is probably getting a bad rap because it’s from Abita.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium frothy white head leaving behind decent spotty lacing along the glass. A lot of carbonation and bubbles. The aroma is clove, banana, and orange peel. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet wheat taste with coriander and banana with a nice dry finish. A good Wit from Abita.

12 oz bottle from GM Liquors. Nose of tangerines, light spiciness, and wheat. Hazy yellow with a medium pale yellow head. Flavor is corriander, white pepperiness, and faint tangelos. Not a bad wit!
