Cask Stillage from the outside cellar at the Prince Of Wales, Foxfield 25/11/2006 Strong fruit aroma. Dark to mid brown coloured and very strong in alcohol. Fruit spice and nutty flavours. A little bitterness and dryness in a chocolaty malt finish.
