Dense, medium-sized white cream head with short duration. Clear golden color. Aroma of light sweet grain and dough. Taste is malty, quite sharpish with some edgy hop notes. Body is light plus. Short, bitterish end. Papsoe (11030), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 10, 2007 (Can 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with an off-white head leaving some lacing. Sweetish, grainy malt aroma with some flowery (Saazer?) touches. Medium body, sweetish malty and somewhat bready with a fairly dry and hoppy finish. 101107
