Apr 6, 2008 I love this beer. I wish it was still available.A very bold earthy malt background, lots of caramel and toffee sweetness throughout, and very well balanced. Please start making this beer again!

Sep 20, 2007 12oz bottle- A dark amber body with a decent head and an aroma of nice malts and caramel. Taste the same and well balanced. Nice brew.

May 26, 2005 This WAS a very good local beer. Unfortunately, it’s now a defunct brewery. New place has opened up, and the original brewmaster is back, but he hasn’t started making it again. In it’s heyday, when the original Acadian was open, you could get this stuff for $1 a pint at the bar! The good old days.
