on tap at the monastary, pours hazy light yellow with a medium frothy white head. Light citrus hop aroma. Sweet light hay notes mixed with a lemon and hop finish. Moderate carbonation, but light mouthfeel. Very easy to drink, I enjoyed this one the best out of the two 5’s.

Draught @ the monastary
Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, sweet citrus, sweet grapefruit, spic, light notes of coriander - pepper. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, very refreshing and fruity, with dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081026]

Draught at the monastery’s cafeteria. Weak vinous aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Very small creamy white head. The flavour is citric, refreshing and slightly bready. OK hopped, citric getting slightly sour in the finish. Good bready aftertaste.

Draught @ the monastary: Poured a hazy orange yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruit and malts. Taste is harsh bitter fruit with a grainy malt finish. The version at the monastary although lower ABV seem hoppier and bitter.
