Beautiful gold color with a massive rocky head that leaves great big clumps of lacing on the glass. Nose of apples and grapes. Tart, fruity taste with a slight chalkiness on the palate. Sweet finish that’s reminiscent of white wine.

A golden ale with huge solid floaties which actually plop in the glass, and a thick onctuous off white head. Aroma is of candy sugar, citrus, orange peels, coriander and light Brett. In mouth, a classy crisp and sweetish malt with coriander, curacao, caramel, and warming alcohol. Exceptional. Bottled 01/08/07

Nice deep golden, cloudy beer with a creamy and stable white head. Pleasant nose with spicy cinnamon&vanilla , fine citrus perfumes, coriander, some hop. Smooth mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. Taste of caramel and sourish yeast, citruses, coriander and nice spices. Sweet but hoppy in the finish, smooth aftertaste.

Poured slightly cloudy yellow with a very creamy and forever lasting head. My wife simultaneously had one with the yeast cake coming apart in the bottle. I had aged the beer in the cellar for ~ 6 mo. Very smooth with a flowery aroma and a crisp hop result. Deceptively smooth.

Another gusher! Clear golden yellow pour with large white head. Aroma has some farmhouse qualities with lemon citrus. Has a tartness in the flavor, funky, some bandaid. Massively carbonated, but not biting. Pretty enjoyable even though I dont really care for sours.

Bottled. Golden cloudy color, with a nice white head. Aroma is citrus and sweety, some lime notes. Flavor is pretty much the same. Mouthfeel is smooth and longer..
