| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 9, 2008 Pours a cloudy burnt yellow with a finger sized foamy head that left lacing down the sides of the glass. Smell is yeasty, with nothing else really sticking out. Taste is decent, with warming alcohol that isn’t hidden all that well with a finish that is somehow sweet and medicinal at the same time. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 4, 2008 Aroma is a yeast scent with fruit tones. Color is a pale gold with just a slight haze. Carbonation is very active creating a tall head that is loose on the bottom and very tight on top. Taste is light and fizzy. Starting with a lighter medium body that goes down with a foamy feel. Finish comes in with a light gain flavor and fruity yeast taste, then a bold bitterness. After taste is more bitterness. This is not one of the better Trappist but its is a tasty brew joeyplush (337), Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 19, 2008 Pours pale golden with a thick, sticky, pure white head. Basic pilsner malt, yeast character, grass hops, and a bit of a lemon character. Lemon in the flavor at well. Just sort of light and spicy. Medium body, and highly carbonated. Dry finish. Pretty good. BeerEssential (96), Massachusetts, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 18, 2008 Poured a cloudy golden-orange with a nice, long lasting fluffy head leaving great lacing. When I cracked open the bottle, the beer just came rushing out, and I had to save it with a quick scoop of the glass. Aroma reminded me of apricots and caramel. Taste was sweet with a sharp bitterness that hit the back of the throat...but that wasn’t a bad thing. Highly carbonated and refreshing. Rarely do I drink a Trappist beer and think I could have a few more, but this time I was jonesing!
