| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 14, 2009 A: Poured with a huge, frothy, fizzy white head that slowly diminished to 2-finger size. Very good lacing left on the glass. Body is a light orange color, and hazy. An excellent-looking beer.
S: Aroma is of average malt, with bread coming through, and some light yeast. Citrus and orange are present, too. I can also detect a very light scent of alcohol.
T: Yeast and lemon are the most prominent flavors... the beer finishes with a light alcohol warmth in the back of the throat.
M: Light-to-medium bodied, with a creamy texture and average carbonation.
D: A very nice tripel with an excellent appearance. Pretty solid across the board. MJGG (420), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Robe blonde foncée et claire, très belle mousse et effervescence active. Relativement sucrée et maltée, la levure fruitée montre également des notes de pain frais. Pour le style, finale relativement amère de houblon herbal. benpickens (135), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

Smeels similar to duvel with a damp, sweetish musty smell. Very soft round mouth feel with a stony dry finish. Superb. Frovigalning (456), , Sweden
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 8, 2009 It poured a hazy golden liquid with a big white foam that left allot of lacing. Also some yeast in the bottle that dissapeared when I poured it.
It had a fruity smell of oranges, apples and yeast.
The mouthfeel was stingy with a high carbonation, which hid the flavours at first. But after swirling it around a bit it got better and the beer started to blossom. The fruits where the first come out and I noticed some citrus, oranges in particular and apples. It also had a yeast taste.
Once again a nice beer but the Bruin was better, would have been fun to try them side by side HenrikSoegaard (4368), Randers, Denmark

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 28, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy deep golden with a fair amount of yeast on the bottom. Large white head thanks to heaps of carbonation. Aromas are dominated by pair with perhaps a little candi, banana and clove. Initisally trelatively sweet but quite dry on the finish. Flavours are similar to aromas with bubblegum also showing up. Overall a great beer. mcdav2154 (297), Germany

Hazy golden color with a white head. No lacing. Smell is of yeast and bubblegum. Taste is also yeasty with notes of bubblegum and some citrus. Dry and short finish. Good brew. poroukas (8), Larnaca, Cyprus does not count | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 19, 2009 Clear and golden.Flavor is fruity.
