The Chimay chalice it’s served in does that cool bubble thing in the center that keeps the head alive forever. The aroma is fresh fruits with apple and pear standing out, then yeast and some banana. Flavor is pretty sweet and yeasty with some banana/bubble-gum character, and a hoppy bitterness finishes it off. Heavy carbonation with a medium body. I like it, refreshing and lighter than other trappists. HermanW (631), Coevorden, Netherlands
