Bottled. Golden, slightly cloudy colour with huge creamy head. Aroma is citrusfruit, spices, caramel, alcohol and dough. Flavour is spices, wheat, slight alcohol and dough. Gets better while you drink and it gets a bit warmer. When warmer, it "smoothens" up abit. Pleasant.

11.2oz bottle pours golden quite cloudy with a nice short creamy offwhite head and lots of floaties. Aromas of yeast, spice, a touch of caramel, and lots of dough. Flavor is spicy with lots of yeast, a little bannana, pear, and some slight candi sugar. Palate is airy and fairly light. Sweet throughout.. Not bad..

11.2 oz bottle-poured a very mirky golden color w/a lot of floaties & a huge foamy white head. Sweet, fruity, floral aroma. Sweet flavor of straw, dough, citrus, bananna, & spice. Complex multi layer brew, another one that seems to get better as you drink it. Lots of carbination, lacing lasted thru the beer. Long, full chewy finish, very enjoyable.

Bottle: Yellow gold color, no head and light lacing. Nose of sweet apricot, nice malts. Nice cake and a sweet tea. The flavor is sweet and nutty like rose water, brown sugar and straw. The finish is balanced. Nice creamy blonde, not snappy enough nor citrusy. Too caramelly.

Flowery and sweet, both nose and taste. No banana flavour tho, which is good. Very good blonde in my book. Not at all like weiss bier like many blondes tend to be. Very good mouth feel with good carb.

Bottle. Golden-amber like color, with a nice white head. Fruit and Tobago is the dominant impression for this beer I thought. Reasonable dry and bitter notes, with hints of honey and liquorish in the aftertaste. Medium bodied with a moderated mouth feel to it.
