The aroma is sweet with strong notes of yeast, oranges, coriander, and earth. The flavor is powerful with strong notes of alcohol, yeast, oranges, and spices amongst those coriander. The mouthfeel is silky soft and ending on a dryness while the alcohol is felt in the throat. Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Aroma yeasty, earth and fruity with caramel malt base beneath. Flavour starts sweet caramel, going into a complex fruit palate before the yeast becomes appearant. Finish holds a strong spiced bitterness with a clear alcohol presence. Certainly not one of my favourite trappists. omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 26, 2006 Bottled. Golden, slightly cloudy colour with huge creamy head. Aroma is citrusfruit, spices, caramel, alcohol and dough. Flavour is spices, wheat, slight alcohol and dough. Gets better while you drink and it gets a bit warmer. When warmer, it "smoothens" up abit. Pleasant. joergen (8638), Frederiksberg, Denmark
