33 cl. bottle. Red fire colour, with darker shades on the top. Creamy foam, last for a while and leaves a good lace. Aroma of fruits, chocolate, vanilla, figs or dates, spices. Taste of dark fruits, spices, chocolate, background of cherries. Flavos has an acid alcoholic touch.

Cloudy, brownish-amber body with alot of floating particulate suspended throughout. Huge, fluffy tan head with chunks of dark brown floaties. Excellent head retention. Nice, abstract splattering of lace reminiscent of a Jackson Pollock. The aroma shows candied sugar, cream, ripe figs, and golden raisons. The scent becomes quite vinous on a deep inhale. The flavor starts out sweet and malty, with caramelized brown sugar, figs, and whipped cream. The sweet start moves towards lightly tart white fruits towards the back of the mouth, with a moderately sour, vinous finish. Smooth, creamy, mouthfeel with a medium body. Really nice, intriguing brew.

Pours a dark ruby with a massive head. Nose is light with almost a floral touch. Taste is thick and flavorful with a robust malt edge. Mouthfeel is ful of carbonation and overall this one is extremely drinkable. Watch out for the sediment on the bottom as it seems to kick the bitter up quite a bit. Overall a very good brew and one worth drinking again. (though it does not have any unusual or unique characteristics)

Pours a mahogany brown with a thin lasting head. Aroma full of fruit, malt yeast. spicy yeast, sweet malt and a bit of alcohol showing through. Pretty good but I guess I was expecting more.

A dark brown with a reddish tint, quite cloudy with alot of sediment floating in the glass. Medium tan head. A nose of chocolate, alcohol, and a bit of coffee. Medium carbonation yet the mouth feel was still smooth. Taste is rum-raisin and a bit of chocolate. Finishes sweet and warm. Overall a great beer.

(33 cl bottle) Clear dark copper to brown color, big lasting bubble tan head. Lots of co2 making it hard to pour more than just a little bit of the bottle at a time. Sweet, acidic and spicy scent; also some milk and a bunch of alcohol. Spicy and metallic taste, rather tame. Spicy aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
