Well carbonated, pours with a frothy white head. Hazy yellow colored. Aroma is yeasty, sweet, and slightly spice. Fruit flavors such as pears and bananas are readily picked up with a light tartness. Well crafted beer. Sweet, moderately bitter finish. Thanks Jeppe.

Cakelike yeast in the doughy, lightly citrus aroma. Opaque yellow tan coloured body with plenty of yeast in suspension is topped by a decent and lasting orangey tan head that lasts and laces. Cake-like, yeasty, very sweet flavour offers fruity notes of apricot and pear leading up to moderate finishing bitterness. Medium body with soft, lively carbonation. Bottle sampled at Den Tatorverede Enke in Copenhagen.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a huge off-white head. Sweet spicy, fruity aroma and a sweet light alcoholic caramel, fruity taste. Medium to full body and a smooth finish. 7-4-7-4-16 Re-Rate: I just tryed this beer again, 2 years after the first time at Den Tatoverede Enke in Copenhagen and made the same rating 7-4-7-4-16, so I gues that´s how it´s going to be then.

Gold with a white head. Spicy esters in aroma. Clove, rasins vanilla there too. Flavour starts raisiny, but moves to dry estery peppers. Medium bodied, quite drinkable.

Pours cloudy gold with a small white head. Smells of grass, pepper and morning dew. Tastes of oranges, grapefruit and toffee with a nice spicey finish. Good, but there are plenty of better easier to obtain tripels out there that make this one not worth going out of your way to obtain.

Bottled 75cl @ Den Tatorverede Enke (tnx sk8viking)
Hazy golden, small off-white head. Rye-malty nose, some grassy notes. Citrusy, grassy, a bit sweet. Good but not extraordinary.
