Commercial Description:
This cross-cultural brew was first made at the request of an Irish musical group and was named "Celtic Heaven," but soon became a permanent part of the Serafijn lineup. Similar to a light Irish ale, but but with the intriguing of a spicy, almost perfumed aroma that comes not from spices but from a special Belgian yeast.

Yeasty, bready aroma. Pours dark/dirty blonde with a thick white head. Dry, hints of caramel some spice notes, cinamon and nutmeg, but very feint. Very carbonated, tickles the tongue. Dry metalic after taste. Shows promise but is kind of a let down.

Tap at Midwest Brewfest.<br />Pours a deep, chunky amber with an aroma of fruity dough. Leafy licorice malt flavor with an average mouthfeel. Kinda old tasting.

Cask at the New Oxford in Salford. Orange, amber in appearance with thin head. Hoppy and yeasty with slight caramel and a little spice. Not bad but a little lacking in character and bollocks.

Bomber from Premiere Gourmet. A blonde ale, good yeastiness, finishing with some hops. Aftertaste of the yeast. Yeasty head on the golden colour. Yeasty aroma. Medium plus mouthfeel, though above average carbonation. Decent more hoppy than usual from a Belgian.
