Tasted 2008-02-10. 4 months old bottle. Pours hazy, toffee coloured with creamy, off-white head. (A little sediment.) Poured very lively!!! Aroma is dominated by the CO2. It’s very sweet, almost cloying. Flavour: Nice and yeasty! Good balance between the sweet and the bitter. Light spicy. Fizzy on the palate. Rather complex. The CO2 level is too much, but the taste is amazing.
