Cloudy amber colour. Average-sized head. Fruity, berry-ish aroma with candisugar. Sweet, malty flavour with candisugar and spices.

Fruity, berry-aroma; raspberries and/or strawberries(?).
Sweet and malty flavour.
Spicy with pepper and marcipan.

Mar 3, 2008 Bottle at the Beer Circus, Brussel, Belgium. Hazy amber. medium off-white head. Caramelly, fudgy, light roasted notes, earthy, spicy, and yeasty. Medium bodied with dry finish.

Feb 13, 2008 Tasted 2008-02-10. 4 months old bottle. Pours hazy, toffee coloured with creamy, off-white head. (A little sediment.) Poured very lively!!! Aroma is dominated by the CO2. It’s very sweet, almost cloying. Flavour: Nice and yeasty! Good balance between the sweet and the bitter. Light spicy. Fizzy on the palate. Rather complex. The CO2 level is too much, but the taste is amazing.
