May 5, 2005 The aroma here is solid - lightly hopped with a solid semi-sweet malt profile. The flavor is more malt than hops, light caramel, solid grains and nice roastiness. Not too inventive, just very solid.

Apr 26, 2005 Hazy deep copper pour with medium off-white head. Aroma of corn flakes, malt, some chocolate and nuts. Tastes malty, with some hops and toffee flavors. The palate is light and non-complex, and the flavor is lacking somewhat. Still, not bad for a brown ale.
