| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 17, 2008 IPA lovers should go crazy over this one, but it wasn’t that spectacular for me. This is ultra-hoppy, just as advertised, leaving it tasting extremely bitter and as if mixed with grapefruit juice. I really don’t see why IPA is popular lately. This is a bold example thereof. Maybe it’s just me; I’m just not a huge fan of the style. Decent, but not great, this beer. BeerGestapo (740), Windsor, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jun 16, 2008 (USA) Pours a lite orange color with a sm-white head. The aroma is of mild pee and the taste was all pine needles, and the finish was dry. This was very unpleasant for me, and i don’t think i will drink this one again. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 16, 2008 Bottle from world market shared with Dev Knights. Pale pour with white head. Pine citrus hops and rather dry. Sweet dry and a hop citrus acrid zing that was really not a pallet pleaser for me. One and done! esjaygee (1519), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Hazy orange with a large white lacy head, slowly dissipating. Aroma of citrus hops, pine, caramel and toffee. Taste of citrus and grassy hops, grapefruit, mild caramel with a sweet hop & caramel finish that’s mildly bitter and a touch dry. Perhaps a touch thin and a little too sweet but overall a decent IPA. afireinside96 (835), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA
