| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 2, 2007 Yellow gold color. Some white head. I catch some bitterness in the nose. The flavor is light and bready followed by a piney bitterness and the finish is a medium sticky with a bit of sweet fruit. Good beer from NC. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma of slight fruit and citrusy pine hops. The flavor is caramel, fruit, citrus, and bitterness. Good brew. PhillyBeer2112 (2089), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 24, 2007 If it weren’t for the resiny mouthfeel I’d call this a pale ale. Golden color, big white head. Mild citric (lime rind) aroma. Buttery toasted malts. Clean. An easy drinker and inoffensive partner to food. mcallister (30), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 16, 2007 Not a bad looking IPA by any means. A very light amber or dark
rusty yellow whichever you prefer. The head is pure white, not
too large and leaves legs of lace down the glass.
Nice piney hopped nose as well. A good amount of malt also
shows through on the nose. Hints of lemon, and even lime show
through as well as a hint of yeast-i-ness.
Beer is nicley balanced but very simple. Lacks depth of
mouthfeel and complexity. A decent amount of malt leads into a
bitter sticky pine hop finish. Again hints of lemon but no
lime in the taste.
Mouthfeel is thin and carbonated. Somewhat refreshing despite
the lingering hop bitterness. Braincage1 (141), Cary, North Carolina, USA

Smell of hops and sweet spice. Strong taste of hops and metal. Not getting much else. Boring darn1207 (603), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 9, 2007 Appearance: Light copper-colored body with a small, foamy white head.
Smell: Faint lemony citrus aroma with lesser notes of apricots and pale malts.
Taste: Starts with a faint, remote sweetness then moves to a grapefruit twang. Finishes lightly bitter, lighty metallic.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Sharp carbonation.
Drinkability: Little malt, hop, or yeast character. Entirely underwhelming.
