The aroma is full of hops (probably from dry-hopping), and is slightly buttery. The flavor is so overly citrus, I was prone to thinking that some sort of lemon or something was added (yes, it was THAT citrusy, even considering the hops!). Medium body, small head, overall refreshing and drinkable. troopie (879), USA

Slight aroma of pine and citrus. Mildly bitter flavour, with offsetting malt sweetness. Rather speedy finish.. Acme, the choice of Coyotes everywhere Ughsmash (4027), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 11, 2009 Bottled. Poured hazy medium golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up bright floral and lemony notes upfront with over a pale base.. warmth made it somewhat sour and metallic. The flavor had the same tangy lemon zest and floral bitterness throughout over a pils malt and slightly corny sweet base.. quite bitter overall, but not necessarily enjoyably so. Medium-bodied and sharp on the palate (some from prickly carbo and some from the aforementioned bitterness) with decent balance beyond that.. stuck around for a while on the finish.
